1. Must be 18 years old or older to purchase a long gun (rifles and shotguns). Must be 21 years old or older to purchase a handgun.
2. Select FFL Dealer: You will be notified by us to have your dealer email a signed, valid, and legible copy of their FFL to Info@williamevansdesigns.com.
3.Shipping: Should a package be refused, it must be re-routed or turned around, additional shipping costs will apply. If an item needs to be returned permanently, there will be a 25% restocking fee charged. Item cannot be returned if any personal engraving or theme has been added for example Initials or theme specific imagery. Any additional shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer. The seller is not responsible for “lost” or “stolen” packages. ANY DISPUTES WITH TRANSPORT OR DELIVERY MUST BE RESOLVED BETWEEN THE BUYER AND THE CARRIER.
4.Returns & Cancellations: 25% restocking fee. Order cancellations will only be honored if we receive a request prior to shipment. Item cannot be returned if any personal engraving or theme has been added. For example: Initials or theme specific imagery.
